It is two blocks up from Donner Lake on a quiet residential street. Access to our home is easy. We keep our parking pad plowed. There is enough room to park three vehicles in front of the house. Through the front door you enter the upper level of the home.

Amenities :  There is a living room, kitchen, dining room, bedroom and 1 full bathroom (with a Jacuzzi tub) and a ½ bathroom. It has hardwood flooring and beautiful granite counters (in the kitchen). Attraction :  Our home has 3 queen-sized beds and there is room on the floor for a couple of children in sleeping bags. We don’t want to rent to large groups. This is not a party cabin. It is perfect for a family or two. Truckee’s restaurants and shops are 10 minutes from the house. Skiers can drive to Northstar or Squaw Valley in 20 minutes; Sugar Bowl is a short 10 minute drive. You can walk to the public docks on Donner Lake in less than 10 minutes. We don’t rent to folks who smoke and we don’t allow pets
